- Description: Axel People is the first company to enable an ephemeral social network that allows its customers to interact among themselves, and only during their stay at the hotel, allowing your users to set their preferences, allowing plans under the users privacy, interact with other guests, contacting through the room number. In turn, enables the hotel to have a great communication tool to contact broadcast customers, share hotel information and promote the use of its services and activities.
- Goals: Enable Ubiquity to social network users Axel People ephemeral allowing direct communication between mobile users, web users and the hotel to promote the use of specific services and promote the image differential against competition from the company showing the use technologically advanced customer oriented.
- Resultados: Developed Praises iPhone App (IOS) that allows access to user content (profile settings and state), profiles of guests and rooms, access to the shared wall between users allowing the generation of multimedia content (images, video) , text (comments), all in a geolocation if the user wishes. The user has access turn to the gallery of images promoted by the hotel and VIP users. For communication between users, Elogia designed a communication system based on Push Notifications that allows application users to communicate in real time (even with the app closed) and identifying the device used by the user (smartphone or computer) and forwarding messages to these devices, provided transparently to the user.
